SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC ORDERS-U.S. only
Orders will ship 2-3 days time of receiving your order unless specified otherwise. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
*Please note, we are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during shipping.
ORDER PICK-UP-New York only
We're happy to offer a convenient pick-up option for our customers in New York {FREE OF CHARGE}. If you prefer to collect your purchase in person, kindly send us an email with your order number. We'll then arrange a meeting with you at our designated location.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not take international orders at this time
RETURN POLICY
DOMESTIC ORDERS-U.S. only
If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you have the option to return your item within 7 days of receiving it. In order to be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received which means with original tag attached, unaltered, and unused. Merchandises will not be accepted back that is not up to resale standard.

Please note that we do not currently provide return labels for online purchases, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and process your return, your refund (minus the shipping fees) will be credited back to the original payment method used, and this process usually takes 5-10 business days.
